This mental health workshop explores practical tools and techniques for managing stress, promoting relaxation, and enhancing overall well-being. Through group discussion led by counsellor Kaci-Ann Phillips, reflection exercises, and guided relaxation techniques, participants will learn how to incorporate mindfulness, positive self-talk, and other coping strategies into their daily life.
