Free 15-Minute Consultation for Counselling
I understand the importance of finding the right counsellor to support your needs. To ensure a good fit, I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation for individuals and couples. This brief session gives us the chance to connect, discuss your goals, and address any questions or concerns you may have. It's an excellent way for you to get a sense of how we can work together before committing to a full session.

Individual Counselling
I offer both in-person and virtual one-on-one sessions tailored to your preferences and comfort. These sessions provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. With flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, I strive to accommodate your busy lifestyle. Each session lasts for 50 minutes, allowing us to delve into meaningful discussions that promote growth and healing.

Couples Counselling
Navigating the complexities of a relationship can be challenging, and that's why I also specialize in couples counseling. If you and your partner are seeking guidance to enhance your connection, resolve conflicts, or strengthen communication, I am here to support you. These sessions offer an opportunity for both partners to express their thoughts and feelings in a constructive environment.

Please note that while I strive to provide exceptional services, I cannot guarantee that your session will be covered through extended benefits. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), and it is up to you to determine if you have coverage through third party benefits.
